These terms & conditions incorporate our privacy policy and set out the basis on which you can use RejoovMe website. Please read them carefully as they contain important information.

Eligibility
When ordering gift certificates via RejoovMe website, you will be required to provide information about yourself including, but not limited to, your name, telephone number and email address, which is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. You will also be required to provide payment details and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.

Delivery

Deliveries can be made within the United States only. All gift certificates will be sent by First Class Mail.

Payment
Currency of transactions accepted: Payment can be made by any of the following methods: Visa, Mastercard, Discover. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the point at which your order is sent. You confirm that the credit or debt card being used is yours. Please note that all credit/debt cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the issuer of the card. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorize payment to RejoovMe, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of gift certificates. We retain the legal ownership of all certificates until full payment has been made by you and received by us and legal ownership of the certificate will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the certificate to you.

Cancellation Policy  - Gift Certificates
You have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days from the date of receipt of the goods. If you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the gift certificate to us we will refund the cost in full.

Cancellation Policy - Appointments
As a courtesy to our therapists and other customers, please give us 24 hours notice to cancel a float session or massage therapy appointment. If notice is given under 24 hours a cancellation fee that is equal to the cost of the entire float or massage session will be charged.

Replacement Policy
If your gift certificate does not arrive in the mail within 5 working days please advise us and we will cancel them and re-issue new ones.
