When you visit RejoovMe™ Relaxation Center for your floatation session, we do everything possible to make you relax and enjoy your experience.
A basic floatation session lasts 1 hour, including time to shower and dress. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your session begins.
RejoovMe staff assigns you to your own private floatation suite and provides you with a key to your private locker located in one of two changing rooms. There, a luxurious robe, towel and comfy slippers await you. After you change into your robe, we escort you to your private suite.
We recommend following some basic guidelines to get the most out of the powerful recuperative benefits of floating:
- Taking a short rinse before your float will
wash off the challenges of the day.
- Floating without a swimsuit is best because
clothing can detract from your experience.
After you step into the floatation bed, it is your choice to close the lid or leave it open. If you are claustrophobic, you may request a bed without a lid. As you lie down on your back, you will find the water to be warm and soothing, and the Epsom salt allows you to float on top of the water. You have complete control of your environment the entire time. The light switch and control for the door are within your reach.
Relaxing music plays while you ease into the first 10 minutes of the float session. It may take up to 15 minutes to enter the first stage of deep relaxation; the remaining 45 minutes pass peacefully and effortlessly. The end of your float session is signaled by the reintroduction of music.
At the end of your float session, it is time to shower and then return to the changing room, where hairdryers are available. To maximize the recuperative benefits of your float, we recommend that you spend some time in our transition area before re-entering the real world. Water and tea are provided for your enjoyment while you sit and relax with the soothing sounds of our waterfall.
